WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from Bellabops, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address to enable us to fulfill your order. We do not pass this on to third parties (unless legally obliged to do so), except for when you order a printed top. These come direct from our printers and we will give them your name and address to enable the order to be fulfilled. This information is transmitted securely and is not kept by the third party. We are required, by law, to keep details of your transactions with us for a period of 7 years. This information will include the financial value of the transaction but not your name, address, IP address or email.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about what you’re browsing in our store. It also helps us identify the areas in which our customers live (it classes by region, not a specific address!) in order to help us with our marketing. We use a Google Analytics tracking code to collect information on what web pages of ours have been viewed. This information is anonymous and helps us know what works on our website and what doesn’t. We do not get any personal data from this.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. You can easily opt out of these at any time.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
